RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, account credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK (INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND & THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND)

We welcome customers from both within and outside the United Kingdom. However, we are required to declare the value of the items being sent to you. This may incur customs/duty taxes, and/or applicable VAT in your country, which the customer is liable for. It is the customer's responsibility to check their local laws and guidelines regarding customs/VAT prior to purchasing from us. We do not accept requests to undervalue items on customs forms.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If you have paid using a credit method such as Klarna or PayPal, any partial payments will be refunded to you and the credit agreement will be cancelled. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your package has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly to resolve the issue.
