Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, account credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


  • We welcome customers from both within and outside the United Kingdom. However, we are required to declare the value of the items being sent to you. This may incur customs/duty taxes, and/or applicable VAT in your country, which the customer is liable for. It is the customer's responsibility to check their local laws and guidelines regarding customs/VAT prior to purchasing from us. We do not accept requests to undervalue items on customs forms.



    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If you have paid using a credit method such as Klarna or PayPal, any partial payments will be refunded to you and the credit agreement will be cancelled. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



    If you believe your package has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly to resolve the issue.

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the UK and Europe.

For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 12-24 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

-United Kingdom (Mainland): 1-3 days
-United Kingdom (Overseas): 3-5 days
-Europe: 5-10 days

Do you offer fast shipping?

Yes we do. We offer 1-day delivery service via UPS.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been opened or used in any way, any seals should remain entact
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Are returns free?

Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for any postage costs to return the item to us.

If you receive a faulty item from us, we will arrange a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item to us.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
