After the first 30 days, a fully qualified BattleBox engineer will be booked to assess the problem with your machine. This can be arranged at a time of your convenience, in our London store.
If for any reason the BattleBox technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.
