HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY

This system is covered by a 1-year warranty which protects you against electrical/component failure. In the event your system fails due to a hardware error, in the first 30 days, your system is covered by a standard Collect & Return service. After the first 30 days, a fully qualified BattleBox engineer will be booked to assess the problem with your machine. This can be arranged at a time of your convenience, in our London store.

If for any reason the BattleBox technicians are unable to repair your device under the warranty agreement (i.e. parts aren't available or the cost to repair is greater than the value of the device when new) you will receive a brand new replacement to the equivalent specification.
