Nebula EliteRTX 5090 Gaming PC
The top of the Nebula line. Sixteen cores of Ryzen 9 9950X3D with 3D V-Cache, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 32GB, 64GB of DDR5-6000 memory and 4TB of Samsung NVMe storage across a PCIe 5.0 9100 PRO and a 990 PRO.
Built on the all-black ROG Crosshair X870E DARK HERO, cooled by a 360mm ROG Strix LC IV with a 5.08″ IPS display, and housed in the Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL. Assembled, stress tested and backed by our technicians in London.
Inside the Build
Every part in here was chosen for a reason. This is what each one does and why it earned its place in the Elite.
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
Sixteen cores and thirty-two threads, with AMD's 3D V-Cache stacked on top. It is the only chip AMD makes that does both jobs properly: the cache that wins games, and the core count that wins renders.
Games ask for small pieces of data constantly. When that data is already sitting in cache the answer comes back immediately. When it is not, the processor waits on system memory and you feel it as a stutter. The extra cache keeps far more of the game close to hand, which matters more than raw clock speed once you are chasing high frame rates.
The other eight cores are what separate this from the standard Nebula. Export a video, compile a project or run a render while a game is still open, and the work goes somewhere that is not the cores your game is using.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 32GB
The fastest consumer graphics card NVIDIA makes. Blackwell architecture and 32GB of GDDR7, fitted from one of NVIDIA's leading board partners depending on availability at the time of your build.
Ray tracing lights a scene the way light actually behaves, with reflections and shadows worked out properly rather than painted in. It is expensive to compute and this is the card that can afford it. DLSS 4 then renders at a lower internal resolution, rebuilds the frame sharp using AI and generates additional frames in between, which is how maximum settings and high refresh rates end up in the same sentence.
The 32GB is not only for games. Large 3D scenes, 8K timelines and local AI models want memory before anything else, and running out of it is a hard stop rather than a slowdown.
ASUS ROG Strix LC IV 360 ARGB LCD
A closed liquid loop. Coolant collects heat from the processor, carries it to a 360mm radiator, and three integrated ARGB fans push it out of the case.
Three fans rather than two means more surface area to shed heat across, so each fan can turn more slowly for the same result. The practical effect is a machine that holds its top speed through a long session and stays quiet doing it, rather than easing off as things warm up. With a 16-core processor underneath, that headroom is the difference between sustained performance and a chip that throttles on the second hour.
Paired with the Dark Hero, it connects through ASUS's AIO Q-Connector, so the pump and fans take power and control from the board without a bundle of cables crossing the build. The 5.08″ IPS display on the pump shows live temperatures and clock speeds, animations or your own artwork.
ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E DARK HERO
The board everything plugs into, and the one place a build like this is easy to compromise on. The Dark Hero is the all-black edition of ROG's Crosshair flagship: 20+2+2 power stages rated at 110A, heavy heatsinks joined by a heatpipe, and a layout tuned for fast DDR5.
X870E is the fullest version of the AM5 platform. PCIe 5.0 runs to the graphics slot and to two M.2 slots, one of them under a vapour chamber heatsink that keeps a Gen5 drive cool through long transfers. Two USB4 ports run at 40Gbps, and networking covers Wi-Fi 7 alongside both 10Gb and 5Gb wired Ethernet.
Five M.2 slots in total mean adding drives later does not involve trade-offs, and the understated black finish suits a build where the lighting should come from the components, not the board.
64GB DDR5-6000 Memory
Memory is where the machine keeps everything it might need in the next few seconds. 64GB is double what most gaming builds ship with, and it is here because this system is not only a gaming build.
Play, stream, record, run Discord and leave a hundred browser tabs open, and nothing has to fight for room. Open a large video project or a heavy 3D scene alongside it and the same holds true.
Running in dual channel at 6000MHz, which is the speed the Ryzen platform is happiest at. Quick answers to the processor show up as fewer sudden dips in the middle of play.
4TB of Samsung NVMe — PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0
Two 2TB Samsung drives, each doing a different job. The 990 PRO is one of the fastest PCIe 4.0 drives made, reading at up to 7,450MB/s, and it holds Windows and your applications.
Alongside it sits the 9100 PRO, a PCIe 5.0 drive reading at up to 14,700MB/s, roughly twice the speed of the fastest PCIe 4.0 drives. It carries your games and whatever you are actively working on, which is exactly where that extra speed shows.
In practice, open world titles stream scenery in as you move through it rather than showing textures arriving late, and large video files scrub without waiting on the drive. There are three spare M.2 slots on the board if you ever need more.
ASUS ROG Strix 1200W Platinum
Clean, steady power for everything above. 80 PLUS Platinum is a step beyond Gold, meaning less energy is wasted as heat, so it runs cooler and costs a little less to leave on.
1200W is deliberate rather than excessive. The RTX 5090 can draw hard in very short bursts, and a supply with genuine headroom absorbs those spikes without the system deciding to restart itself mid-game. It leaves room for future upgrades too.
Fully modular, so we only fit the cables this build actually uses. Nothing spare is stuffed behind the tray, airflow stays clear and the fan stays quiet.
Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL
A full tower, dual chamber case. The power supply and all the cable routing live in a separate compartment behind the motherboard tray, so you see the components and none of the wiring.
XL is the important part of the name. The extra space gives the RTX 5090, the 360mm radiator and the power supply room to breathe, with clear paths for air to come in and leave without obstruction. On a build drawing this much power, that room is what keeps temperatures and noise down.
Tempered glass across the front and side gives the classic O11 uninterrupted corner view of the build, finished in black to match the Dark Hero, with RGB lighting that can be synced with the board and cooler.

What Can It Run?
Built around the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and the GeForce RTX 5090 32GB, the Nebula Elite is designed for people who do not want to negotiate with a settings menu. The 9950X3D's 3D V-Cache carries the CPU-heavy and competitive titles, the RTX 5090 removes the graphics ceiling almost entirely, and the other eight cores handle whatever else you have running at the same time.

32GB of GDDR7 and DisplayPort 2.1 outputs are what make 7680×4320 possible at all. With DLSS 4 in Performance mode and multi frame generation doing the reconstruction, several modern titles are genuinely playable at 8K on this machine. Native 8K at maximum settings is still beyond any graphics card made today, so treat this as headroom rather than the everyday setting. 4K at high refresh is where the Elite lives.
A note on these numbers. Figures are averages drawn from published testing of this hardware combination and our own bench runs. Real frame rates move with the scene, the driver version, the game patch and your monitor, so treat these as a realistic guide rather than a guarantee. Titles marked DLSS, FG or MFG use NVIDIA's AI upscaling and frame generation at the mode stated.
Whether you are battling in Call of Duty, climbing the ranks in Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant, exploring Cyberpunk 2077, Black Myth: Wukong or Starfield with path tracing switched on, or racing through Forza Horizon 5, the Nebula Elite delivers the performance to keep gameplay smooth, responsive and immersive at the highest settings available.
The GeForce RTX 5090 brings NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture, combining full ray tracing with DLSS 4 AI frame generation. This is a 4K card first and foremost, comfortable driving high-refresh 4K panels in demanding titles, with the memory to reach 8K in games that support it.
With 64GB of DDR5 and sixteen cores, applications stay responsive while streaming, recording and running production software alongside a game. Windows boots from a Samsung 990 PRO, while your games load from the PCIe 5.0 Samsung 9100 PRO, cutting load screens and level transitions down to a few seconds, so you spend less time waiting and more time playing.
Outside gaming, the same specification handles 4K and 8K video editing, 3D rendering, photogrammetry and local AI workloads. The 32GB of GDDR7 and the sixteen-core processor together are what make those heavier creative jobs practical rather than merely possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Nebula Elite ready to use out of the box?
Yes. Every Nebula Elite comes with Windows 11 Professional pre-installed, the latest drivers configured, and all updates completed where possible. Connect your monitor, keyboard and mouse and you are ready to start.
What is the difference between the Nebula and the Nebula Elite?
Both use the RTX 5090 32GB, so pure gaming frame rates are close. The Elite changes everything around it: sixteen cores instead of eight, the flagship ROG Crosshair X870E DARK HERO board rather than a TUF board, 4TB of Samsung storage split across a PCIe 5.0 9100 PRO and a 990 PRO, the ROG Strix LC IV cooler with its larger 5.08″ display, and the Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL chassis. If you only game, the standard Nebula is excellent value. If you render, edit, compile or run local AI alongside gaming, the Elite is the one that stops waiting on you.
What resolution is this PC designed for?
4K at maximum settings, including titles with full ray tracing or path tracing enabled. It also drives high-refresh 1440p displays very comfortably, and it has the memory and output bandwidth for 8K in games that support it, with DLSS enabled.
Can it genuinely run games at 8K?
In supported titles, yes, with DLSS Performance mode and frame generation doing the heavy lifting. Native 8K at maximum settings is beyond any current graphics card in demanding games. With DLSS 4 and multi frame generation, several modern titles are playable at 8K on this system. Treat 8K as a capability rather than the everyday use case — 4K at high refresh is where this machine lives.
Do I need a special monitor to get the most from it?
To see the benefit of the RTX 5090 you want a display that can keep up. A 4K panel at 144Hz or above, or a 1440p panel at 240Hz or above, is the sensible pairing. The graphics card has DisplayPort and HDMI outputs capable of driving those refresh rates. Our team is happy to advise on a suitable monitor.
Why two SSDs instead of one large drive?
Because they do different jobs. The 2TB Samsung 990 PRO holds Windows and your applications at up to 7,450MB/s. The 2TB Samsung 9100 PRO is a PCIe 5.0 drive at up to 14,700MB/s and it carries your games and active work, where that extra speed actually shows. Keeping the operating system on its own drive also means clearing out games or project files never touches Windows.
Can I upgrade the PC in the future?
Absolutely. The system uses industry-standard components throughout. The 1200W power supply and the X870E Dark Hero both leave meaningful headroom, there are three spare M.2 slots and spare memory capacity for later expansion, and the O11 Dynamic EVO XL has room for larger hardware down the line.
Does this PC support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth?
Yes. The ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E DARK HERO includes built-in Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth, alongside 10Gb and 5Gb wired Ethernet for the lowest possible latency.
Is liquid cooling included?
Yes. The processor is cooled by the ASUS ROG Strix LC IV 360 ARGB LCD all-in-one liquid cooler, with a 5.08″ IPS display on the pump and three integrated ARGB fans, providing excellent cooling performance while keeping noise levels low.
How loud is it under load?
Quieter than you might expect from a system of this specification. The 360mm radiator and the O11 Dynamic EVO XL's spacious dual-chamber layout mean fans can run at lower speeds for the same cooling result. Under a sustained gaming load it is audible but not intrusive, and at idle it is very quiet.
Does the PC include RGB lighting?
Yes. The cooler's ARGB fans and illuminated display and the RGB fans fitted in the case all light up, and all of it can be adjusted or synchronised through software.
Is this PC suitable for streaming and content creation?
It is one of the best options available for it. Sixteen cores, 64GB of DDR5, 32GB of graphics memory and 4TB of fast NVMe handle 4K and 8K video editing, 3D rendering and local AI workloads alongside gaming and streaming without compromise.
Which graphics card will I receive?
An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 32GB from one of NVIDIA's leading board partners, depending on availability at the time of your build. Every version uses the same RTX 5090 GPU and 32GB of GDDR7, so performance is very close between them. If you have a brand preference, tell us before you order and we will confirm what we can fit.
How is the PC tested before shipping?
Every Nebula Elite goes through a full build and quality assurance process. This includes BIOS updates where applicable, cable management, thermal testing, hardware stress testing, driver installation and a final inspection before the system is carefully packaged for delivery.
What warranty is included?
The Nebula Elite includes a 3 Year Standard Warranty, consisting of:
- 1 Month Collect & Return
- 1 Year Parts Warranty
- 3 Years Labour Warranty
- Lifetime Technical Support
Can I customise the specification before ordering?
Yes. If you require different storage, a specific case colour, additional memory or other hardware changes, our team can customise the Nebula Elite to your exact requirements before it is built.
