Your Music Arc / House of Computers system is protected by our 3-Year Standard Warranty, giving you complete peace of mind against electrical or component failure.
For the first 1st year, your system is covered by our Collect & Return service, meaning we’ll arrange the pickup, repair, and return of your PC at no cost to you.
After the initial 30-day period, you remain fully supported through our in-store technical service, where a qualified engineer will assess and diagnose any hardware-related issue. This can be booked at a time that suits you at our London location.
If a repair cannot be completed under the terms of the warranty—whether due to unavailable parts or the repair cost exceeding the original value of the system—you will receive a brand-new replacement system of equivalent specification.
Our goal is to ensure your creative workflow stays uninterrupted, backed by reliable, long-term support.
