Built around the AMD B850 chipset, the board provides access to next-generation DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0 graphics and high-speed NVMe storage. Its 12+2+2 phase digital VRM design helps provide clean and consistent processor power during gaming, rendering, streaming and demanding multi-threaded workloads.The full-sized 30.5 × 24.4 cm ATX layout provides generous room for component expansion and cable management. Support for AMD EXPO and Intel XMP memory profiles helps simplify the configuration of compatible high-performance memory. This additional bandwidth can improve system responsiveness across gaming, streaming, creative applications and demanding multitasking.
Three M.2 connectors provide extensive high-speed NVMe storage. The primary connector supports PCIe 5.0 x4 SSDs with compatible Ryzen 9000 and 7000 Series processors. The second CPU-connected and third chipset-connected connectors support PCIe 4.0 x4 storage.
